This hotel is perfect for those who want to be near a quiet sparkling beach. It offers a convenient shuttle to the beach which is 2 km away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is delicious and the restaurant and bar have reasonable prices.

The pool area could be improved with cushions for the loungers.

Everything was simply great. The breakfast was delicious, it offered variety of excellent food. Really enjoyed the a twin room we had with jungle view. The hotel had great and quiet location just next door to a nearby beach and/or a whale and dolphin sightseeing boat tour, Costa Rica's beautiful beach areas and the shops, restaurants and bars. Furthermore, in the area for much less.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Leyenda Boutique Hotel & Spa. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The shuttle service to the beach was a great convenience, and having our own private beach shower was a pleasant surprise. The hotel grounds and pools were beautiful and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, especially the Tuna Tartar. our experience at Leyenda Boutique Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it.

One small drawback was that Leyenda Boutique Hotel & Spa is located a bit outside of town, about a 10-minute drive or taxi ride to Samara. However, this was actually a plus for us as we preferred a quieter and more peaceful location.

Fairly clean hotel, very professional staff, a nice size room. Favourable and quiet location 20 mins walk from the center. Enjoyable stay in relaxing area. The restaurant was good, with good food and excellant service.

We got great value for our money with a beautiful room, grounds, and pool. The hotel's location, although not right on the beach, was close enough and they provided transportation and beach chairs. The staff, especially Henry and Roger, were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The morning meal could be improved by offering small plates of steak and fish, similar to the adult meals.

The hotel had some nice complementary features that added extra value to our trip. The shuttle service to the beach was very convenient and the use of private showers was a definite plus. This hotel offers fantastic service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with huge en-suite bathrooms and a choice of Costa Rican, Continental, American or pancake breakfasts cooked fresh to order. The hotel's beautiful pool is a major highlight, along with the private bathroom facilities at Playa Carrillo and the mobile food and drink service.

We visited this hotel during Christmas time and it was nicely decorated for the holidays. The gardens and pool area were well-maintained and offered a nice spot to relax. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The hotel restaurant was a bit overpriced and the food was just okay. , the staff seemed a bit disorganized and not very welcoming.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a luxurious and comfortable setting. The location was perfect, situated on a palm tree-lined boulevard just a short walk from the beach. I loved being able to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also offered transportation to the beach if needed, which was a convenient added bonus. The service at this place was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The restaurant server, Henry, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. I also appreciated the variety of delicious breakfast options to choose from. the location and quality services provided by this hotel enhanced my stay and made it a memorable experience.
